[TrunkCom] TrunkCom Digest, Vol 66, Issue 2

Hi Dave, what is the base and offset?  I have 460.300 has one of the county 
freqs and what is the purpose of it being out here?  I'm no place near 
Massachusetts.  Also, does anyone know if Monroe County will be encrypting? 
I'd be interested though in tracking this system control channel and seeing 
what is out there.
