Good Evening Mr. Kenyon,

Could it be possbile that you heard the Southwest
Regional Communications Network? You did mention that
LAW ENFORCEMENT was ANALOG but the SQUADS/EMS were
DIGITAL.

This could be the case since the frequency that
you mentioned rang a bell in my mind like I should
know it. Well that is one of the ten frequencies used
by the S.W.R.C.N. which is shared by Berea (Analog
Fire & Squads. Fire/Squads are tied into
Convnetional. Police still on Convnetional) Brookpark
(Analog Police but DIGITAL Fire & Squads), Middleburgh
Heights (Same as Berea.), North Royalton
(Analog Fire & Squads - police still used CONVENTIONAL
as well as the Service Department.), Parma Heights
(Analog Police, Fire, Squads, & Service with some
Service on Conventional.) & Strongsville
(Analog Police, Digitial Fire & Squads. Service has
its own E.D.A.C.S. T.R.S..)

Also what street names do you remember hearing?

Check out these links:

I hope that the above will help you out.
