[TrunkCom] State of Ohio MARCS trunked system

Hi everyone, last night I was listening to the band opening, and heard a
trunked system that was carrying both analogue and APCO-25 activity.  The
control channel in use was 867.0625 and the only listings besides the
system that is somewhat near me in Michigan is the state of Ohio's trunked
system, MARCS.  The system that I heard had analogue communications for
the law enforcement and APCO-25 digital for EMS. The Laipeer County,
Michigan system currently has no APCO-25 digital on it that I know of, but
soon it will be updated to P-25.
