[TrunkCom] State of Ohio MARCS trunked system

What system is this? I had checked radioreference.com and this doesn't
ring any bells at all. The next closest thing from Laipeer that I heard
was this system with analogue police and digital for fire. It came in
clear too I may add, and had MPSCS cut over top of some of the coms, but
when I was monitoring this everything was clear.
