[TrunkCom] MPSCS having cites in ajacent states to Michigan?

I'm not sure about the UP either, but Monroe, which is right on the Ohio
Boarder is on the system and there has got to be overlapping coverage into
Ohio and other states, but I don't know about the UP either.
