Now, does anybody know when Phase 2 of P-25 is going
to be implemented?

I am sure that somebody will correct me but din't that
have something to do with T.D.M.A.?  

Does T.D.M.A. allow for more channels?

Which is better?  C.D.M.A., F.D.M.A., or T.D.M.A.?

If adjusted for inflation, gas is still cheaper then in 1980's dollars, then how cheap 

are our Radio Scanners?  Air is cheap.  Nothing else is. :-(
