[TrunkCom] OpenSky Talk groups

Hi Mike, what group was this used on, and how was the audio quality of the
OpenSky digital?  Last I heard was that they were having problems with the
OpenSky, and that is why it is delayed.  Also, it seems like they are
getting more frequencies then what they originally had, and one of the
freqs is for Wayne County, and another is used in Ann Arbor.  What has the
deal been, and who other then technicians is using the system, and what
are the deputies and other county employees saying about this?
