I might also add to make some of the functions a bit more user friendly
like type I trunking and tone search. I am blind and this has been a
problem, and I have had my 250D for a year in a half, and still haven't
been able to get the type I fleet map programming down nor the tone
functions, so there for I am hanging on to my 235 and 245, but if anyone
knows of someone who is programming type I and tones into the 250D who is
visually impaired let me know off the list and thanks in advance.
