[TrunkCom] digital decoder plug-in

That is what I was thinking it is like buying two separate scanners at the
same time, when in reality you will be buying the scanner and the add on
card.  It is worth itbecause things are getting quite noisy here with all
of the digital systems coming, and the ones that have come.  Willtthis
card be good for other things then?
