[TrunkCom] Nashville

I have a list of 143 of these systems and it defines them all as ASTRO.
The vocoders are not identified. It seems many have not upgraded because
of costs involved. I'm going to see if I can drill down on the database to
find that data. Many were installed in the 90's and I suspect many of them
will use the VELSP.
