[TrunkCom] New Uniden digital scanners

The scanners will not have to be opened up to use the cards. The cards will be
similar in design to the PCMCIA cards used with notebook computers. This card design
will keep the initial cost of the scanner down, so that people who do not need the
APCO-25 card can buy the scanner without having to pay for the additional cost of an
expensive feature that they do not need. These scanners will replace the 245XLT and
the 780XLT, and will be within a few bucks of the price of the units that they will
replace.
