[TrunkCom] New Uniden digital scanners

 So Uniden is coming out with two new digital scanners, the BC250D and 
BC785D. What I don't understand is why do you have to but a APCO 25  digital 
card for them? Shouldn't they come with the package? Do you have to take you 
new scanner apart and insert these cards?  Or do you just have to stick them 
in a slot in the back? I know a lot of prople would mess their scanners up if 
they had to get inside of them to wire a card in. Uniden...Why do you have to 
make it hard? Why can't they just sell the scanner with the card already in 
it? The scanners do say digital on them don't they?
