[GreenKeys] Another Museum Piece-Parts Needed

Duncan, unfortunately the mounting ends of the scales cast piece are 
broken off and missing. Also I can't tell where the screws in the middle 
of the cast piece attach. If you have pics, that may help answer the 
questions.
