[CW] Mass Unsubscribes

I got messages from three lists, National, Heathkit and MRCG. All
said I had too many bounces and would be unsubscribed if I did not
return the message. I did and got another message saying that the
command string was invalid. I then got a third message from each list
saying I had been unsubscribed.
I tried resending one of the reactivation messages and got the same
message back that the command was invalid. I did this using both an
e-mail reply and the web site. Same message in response.
I don't know what to do. Shall I just leave it alone and it will be
fixed or should I re-subscribe to each. If there were actual bounces I
have no idea why.
I will try resubscribing to the National list and see what happens.
