Thursday...

The National Weather Service in Reno NV has issued a Wind Advisory.

A strong Pacific storm moving into the Sierra will create gusty
winds along Highway 395 from the Reno area southward to the
Gardnerville and Minden area.  Southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with
gusts near 50 mph will increase by 10 PM tonight.  Wind prone areas
could see gusts as high as 60 mph.  Winds will decrease as rain and
snow move into the area on Thursday afternoon.
