359 am PST Wed Dec 29 2004

...Winter Storm Watch in effect from midnight tonight until noon
Friday...

Strong winds will develop over the area late tonight ahead of an
approaching winter storm. Snow will develop overnight and become
heavy at times on Thursday...especially along the foothills. The
snowfall should diminish by noon Friday...but snow showers will be
possible through the New Years Day weekend.
