Two corrections to my previous post:

1) My comment should have been directed to Bob, not Andy.

2) I did some research and found that a number of all-electric vehicles 
have used various forms of Lithium battery technology, and Bob only 
mentioned electric, not hybrid, cars, so my post was tangential to the 
original discussion.
