[Yaesu] FT-920

Scrap the Heil mic and go back to the stock Yaesu setup. I run a FT-920 with
a stock MD-1 mic and no processing and always receive excellent audio
reports.  My mic gain is at 11 o'clock. Every Heil mic sounds like they are
about to break into oscillation, especially with the newer Icom rigs.
