[Yaesu] VX-5R

I've had a VX-5R for several years.  Today, it started
acting strange.  With the display reading 446.000 MHz,
the radio actually transmits at 445.995 MHz.  During
receive, the same problem exists.  Also, the problem
does not exist during 2 meter or 6 meter band operation.
I have never dropped or severely bumped the unit.
Is this a common problem with the VX-5R?  Is there an
easy fix?  Should I send it to Yaesu or is someone else
better or faster?
