Several questions first... in VCXO or Memory mode?
Is it set in simplex or repeater mode? If in repeater mode,
what is the value of setting 08, the Shift?
The display should say Va or Vb 446.000 and NFM,
and there shouldn't be anything else in the bottom of
the display.
What do you have?
