[Yaesu] Problem with display on FT-301SD

I have a problem with the digital display on my 301sd.
It is locked in some mode.  For each band it shows the band number and zeros
after that.  Turning the tuning knob does not move the display it remains
the same.
EXAMPLE: 7.000.0 or 14.000.0.  It has had the mod to reduce the heat on the
display. HELP!!!
