[Yaesu] monitor scopes

Hello,
  I would like a monitor scope for my station (ft1k mkV and TS940). I do =
not care about panadaptor function, just two tone and so on. From what I =
have seen on the used market, the kenwood sm-220 is popular. Does Yaesu h=
ave an equivalent? The yaesu scopes that I have seen seem to be quite old=
, possibly pre-solidstate. I appreciate any insight from the list. Thanks=
