[Wma-ares] ARES Activity Report for 4Q 2024

[Chuck Chandler]

Actually it is because KB1PQZ did not make it onto my net roster for
whatever reason.  Gremlins, I guess!

I have added Basil and will send out a new list of net activity in a moment.
