Hello and Happy New Year. I am very encouraged to see the reporting and the numbers shown. This tells me there is participation in WMA. Thank you to Chuck, and the ARES team for all you have done in 2024. I truly appreciate that!
 As we roll into 2025, it is my hope this will continue to grow. Achieving consistency in our reporting and outreach to have more members reporting to the DEC's and EC's their activity and to promote more membership will accomplish that. Keep in mind the nets and activities that qualify for reporting.

Again, thanks for the great work and stick with it in '25!

Good morning to all, and I hope you all had a better New Year's Day than we did.  At 2:30AM a large pine tree fell and wiped out three utility poles.  We were without power for just over 12 hours.

Congratulations to the WMA ARES members below who checked into at least one ARES net during the fourth quarter of 2024!

That is 40 stations, a nice increase over the 30 who checked into at least one WMA ARES net in the third quarter.  Remember, in order to maintain ARES Level 2 you are required to check in to an ARES net ONCE per quarter.

I look forward to seeing more calls in the net reports in 2025!
