[Wma-ares] ARES Activity Report for 4Q 2024

[Michael Scantlen]

At a minimum, one of my November Tuesday Night Nets has KB1PQZ logged for
11/12/24.  The report was submitted and ack'd.
Here is an excerpt:

I chalk it up to Chuck having to do the report summary in the dark due to
the power outage!
