[W8MWA] Advisory: Expected Snowfall and Wind Chill

We have a number of Winter Weather updates from the NWS Pittsburgh:

We are continuing the Winter Weather Advisory for Marion WV and Monongalia
WV including the cities of Fairmont and Morgantown.

The Winter Storm Warning continues for the Ridges of Eastern Monongalia -
Northwestern Preston-Preston-Eastern Preston-Western Tucke - and Eastern
Tucker-

Including the cities of Rowlesburg, Kingwood, Davis, Parsons, Bruceton
Mills, Hazelton, Canaan Valley,, Terra Alta, Coopers Rock, and Thomas.

We see the snowfall start timing leaning towards 6 AM at Morgantown and 7
AM/8 AM further north and east.

Along with the snow, another thing to keep in mind with this system is the
wind chill, particularly Friday night/Saturday morning. The ridges will be
impacted in particular, with below-zero values forecast. Everywhere else
should drop into the single digits for wind chill.
