[W8MWA] Advisory: Snow Squalls

>From the NWS Pittsburgh:

Potential is increasing for snow squalls to move through North Central West
Virginia through 6pm. Exercise caution if driving as impacts could include
rapid roadway accumulations and visibilities of less than 1/2 mile.
