URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

*Western Tucker-Including the cities of Parsons and Hendricks*

...BLIZZARD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between 4 and 6
inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...In West Virginia, Western Tucker County.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Whiteout conditions are expected due to falling and
blowing snow, and strong wind gusts.



*Eastern Preston-Eastern Tucker-Including the cities of Rowlesburg,
Hazelton, Davis, Terra Alta,Thomas, and Canaan Valley*

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between 5 and
10 inches. Winds gusting as high as 65 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Preston and Eastern Tucker Counties.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Monday morning commute. Very strong winds could cause extensive damage to
trees and power lines.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Whiteout conditions are expected due t  falling and
blowing snow, and strong wind gusts.


*Marion-Monongalia-Including the cities of Fairmont,, and Morgantown*

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
