[W8MWA] Informational: NC WV ARES Skywarn Net has Secured

While the Blizzard Warnings for parts of North Central West Virginia are
still in place, elsewhere the weather seems to have quieted down to a
degree. Therefore the North Central West Virginia ARES Skywarn Net was
secured at 17:31 EST.

Should weather conditions warrant this later tonight or tomorrow the NC WV
Skywarn Net will re-activate.

A sincere thanks to everyone who participated today. Your reports were
valued and appreciated by the NWS Pittsburgh and the NWS Charleston, WV.
