...BLIZZARD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between 4 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...In West Virginia, Western Tucker County.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Whiteout conditions are expected due to falling and blowing snow, and strong wind gusts.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Very strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Whiteout conditions are expected due t  falling and blowing snow, and strong wind gusts.
