You may have seen this notice that was sent to W8CUL members this morning.
I wanted to send it in this reflector to make sure every on is on the same
page.

WVUARC COVID-19: March 19, 2020 Update



WVUARC,



*At this time the April 18th Tech In A Day and testing session has been
CANCELLED.*



However, the WVUARC VE team would still like the opportunity to provide you
with some of the instruction that was going to be delivered during tech in
a day even if we cannot administer an exam.



We are currently evaluating options for a webinar style course. With the
change in delivery method we would like for everyone to fill out this survey
<https://forms.gle/mcBuwh2RFx8uppoa8>. If we get enough interest we will
gladly host an online course.



An update on WVUARC General Meetings will come at a later date once the
officers have a chance to discuss potential options.



During this time we will have little to no access to the Shack. The
University would like you to avoid going to campus unless you *absolutely* have
to be there, so we ask that you avoid going to the Shack.



Please follow all of the  guidelines proposed by the University and
local/state health officials. You can find the latest information from the
University at coronavirus.wvu.edu.



Remember that above all the health, safety, and well-being of
WVUARC Members, WVU faculty & staff, WVU students, and the community will
*always* take priority.
