The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh will be conducting an
online winter skywarn on 15 December 2011 from 7-8pm EST.  Please
share this
link ( http://www.erh.noaa.gov/pbz/skywarn_webinar.html )with
interested parties.  For folks that are our interested please visit
the website where you can register.  We did this in the spring and
received a lot of positive feedback, so we are trying this again with
a focus on winter weather.  If you have any questions, please let me
know.
