[W8MWA] Christmas Dinner Plans finalized

Good afternoon everyone,

 

Allen and I have finalized the plans for the joint MWA/MARA Christmas Dinner
and here is what we have planned out for the event.

 

Date: December 9, 2011

Time: 7:00pm for social gathering with dinner at 7:30opm

Where: The Fusion Dining Room at Lakeview Resort & Conference Center

Cost: $30.00 per person, this is an all-inclusive price for the dinner, tax,
gratuity, etc


 

There will be adult beverages available as the dining room is adjacent to
the “Legends Bar” if you want anything.

 

Here is the menu for the buffet style dinner we will be having.

 

To Include:

Tossed Salad

Roast Turkey with Stuffing and Cranberry Sauce

Baked Ham with Pineapple Sauce

Mashed Potatoes and Sweet Potatoes

Giblet Gravy

Sautéed Vegetables

Rolls and Butter

Assorted Holiday Desserts

Coffee & Ice Tea

 

We also have the option for overnight room arrangements at a special rate of
$69.00 per room with double occupancy. Reservations are on your own but must
be made by November 1, 2011! Just mention you are with the MWA group to
receive the discounted price.

 

*** If anyone has any special dietary needs such as lactose-free,
gluten-free, sugar-free, etc
 Please let us know so we can notify Lakeview
to meet such needs. We have already arranged for sugar-free deserts to be
offered.

 

We need to have the $30.00 per person to be paid by the November 15, 2011
club meeting. Allen and/or I will be going to the MARA meeting on November
8, 2011 to collect their money.

 

Payments made for the event will be non-refundable after December 1, 2011!
