November General Meeting Minutes

Bob Fuller opened the meeting at 7 PM

Board Members and Officers Present - Bob Fuller N3LBI, Frank Henry KB3NAT,
Richard Quinn KB3 ZVH, Frank Etzler N8WXQ, and John Lindvay WB3IFD

No Skype for Doug Sweet AD4UL.  No password for WiFi in Red Cross.

No pledge of allegiance (No flag)

New Hams - None

Silent Keys - Mentioned last month W3POS

Visitors - George Younkin N3SRF and Tim Hippely

Frank Etzler gave the Treasurers Report.  There was concern that we could
see $500 electric bills.$200 received from Runner's Club.  No action taken.

No membership report. No idea in total membership.

A motion was made and seconded to have the general meetings at the club
house weather permitting. After discussion, motion was passed.

Meeting was suspended for nominations for elections of board and officers. 

Nominated for President - Doug Sweet AD4UL

Nominated for Treasurer - Frank Etzler N8WXQ

Nominated for Board - Craig Hill K3PLV 

Nominated for Vice President - There were 3 nominees, but all turned it
down.

Nominated for Secretary - John Lindvay WB3IFD. There were two nominees, but
one turned it down.

Nominations for Board.- Ed Barlow K1ZIK, Joe Ponchak KA3CPV, Frank Henry
KB3NAT (declined), Craig Hill K3PLV, Doug Sweet AD4UL, Gene Brinig KB3JZL,
and Bob Fuller N3LBI

Nominations were closed.  

Meeting was adjourned at 8:05 PM
