December 2015 General Meeting Minutes

Meeting started at 7 PM at the Wagner Road Club House.

Officers and Board Members present: Doug Sweet AD4UL via Skype, Frank Etzler
N8WXQ, Craig Hill K3PLV, Richard Quinn KB3ZVH, and John Lindvay WB3IFD. 

New hams: Tim Hippely KC3BGF, Susan Holtgrefe KC3GBE, and Robert Sorento
KC3GBD (none were present). John Lindvay asked if any club members would
like to mentor these new hams but no one offered.

Silent Keys: None

Visitors: None

Treasurer's Report: Frank Etzler N8WXQ reported that our checking account
has $547.36

Membership Report:  None

Facilities Report: None

Repeater Report: Echolink timer needs adjusted for more time.

Contesting Report:  Ron Seybolt WB3DOM had high score for the club in the PA
QSO Party.

Old business: Elections; the following members were elected.  Doug Sweet
AD4UL was elected President, Bob Fuller N3LBI was elected Vice President,
Frank Etzler N8WXQ was elected Treasurer, and John Lindvay WB3IFD was
elected Secretary.  Elected to the board were Ed Barlow K1ZIK, Frank Henry
KB3NAT, Craig Hill K3PLV, and Gene Brinig KB3JZL.

New Business: A handicap ramp needs be constructed for the club house for
handicap members use the clubhouse. Trish Catalano was disappointed that the
meeting was at Wagner Road instead of the Red Cross because she is not able
to enter the club house because of her disabilities John Lindvay is to
contact Trish Catalano to find out what is needed for handicap access and
how to go about its construction.

A board meeting is scheduled for December 17 at the Red Cross.

There was no 50-50 drawing.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:26PM
