[W2CRA] Food and COOLERS for Field Day

Just heard from Tom, NU2W.

He will be able to get food for Field Day from some of the sponsors that helped us out last year but we still need some from our members:

What we need from you  is your potluck selections; salad,dessert,chili,casseroles,veggies,pasta,covered dish, etc. Tell us what you intend to bring for Saturday evening. Let's make this a good ol' W2CRA picnic/BBQ. 
Come on out, even if you don't want to operate. This is a chance to see club members who you haven't seen since the awards banquet in December! (and who knows, You may decide to operate anyway).
 
ALSO and this is a big one…we need coolers…lots of them…can never have too many…Tom will have bags of ice but no telling how hot it may get so we've got to prepare for this one.   Coolers, Coolers, and More Coolers…we throw allot of stuff out every year because we cannot keep it cold….

So plan on showing up Friday/Saturday/Sunday June 21-23 to Celebrate the middle of the Amateur Radio Year.

Remember - setup is Friday June 21 after 4:00 PM. Setup continues from 8:00am Saturday 'til we begin transmitting at 2:00pm.
We transmit from 2:00pm Saturday thru 2:00 pm Sunday Then, we begin breakdown and work 'til ALL the toys are put away.

SEE YOU THERE (at the County Complex on Route 12, Flemington - as always).
