I am writing to inform you all, that as of late this afternoon, the power
has been greatly reduced on the 447.975 repeater.  This is the result of a
letter from Pabe Pause requiring that the signal be reduced by 10DB at their
location.  This power reduction should accomplish that easily.  The way the
repeater is presently configured, it should hear considerably better than it
transmits.  There should be no noticeable difference locally, but as one
gets farther away from North Attleborough, the power change wil be quite
apparent.
 
Thanks to John, ka1ewn, who promptly attended to the change, within hours of
my request.  Feel free to use the 447.975pl88.5 machine, & keep the channel
active.
