Not on the decor factor, but on the "hands-on" factor.  I recently acquired 
a whole family at my house (and am quite happy about it). That includes a 
very energetic two-year old whose main interface with the world is to 
handle and manipulate every thing in sight.

My plans to build a pair of Lowthers are on hold until she gets a bit older!
