[Vintage-Audio] Re Speakers From Yesteryear

The center channel in a home theater is hardly vintage. (grin) A horn, no. This
channel handles primarily the voice output. You need several four inch speakers
set up to disperse the audio throughout the room at about forty degree angles.
The four inch speaker is half way between a tweeter and a 'true' mid range
speaker, and will handle the human voice nicely.

My set up is so blasted accurate that when the T Rex burps on Jurassic Park the
entire house shakes! Great reproduction, but unquestionably excessive. Even my
grandson tells me to turn it down!
