I tend to agree with Jerry and several others on this list. Listening to presentations jointly is one thing, but trying to conduct club business together could easily lead to disharmony. What’s good for one area isn’t necessarily good for another.

Topics such as ongoing activities involving another club, or clubs, should NOT be taken by PARC without a private club discussion involving of all PARC members. In addition, the minutes of that meeting should then be distributed to all members in writing; thus giving PARC members an opportunity to reflect on the long term effects of any such action prior to voting on that specific topic.
Occasional interactions with other clubs is healthy, but under no circumstances should the PARC membership risk losing PARC’s individuality.
