*Topics such as ongoing activities involving another club, or clubs, 
should NOT be taken by PARC without a private club discussion involving 
of all PARC members. In addition, the minutes of that meeting should 
then be distributed to all members in writing; thus giving PARC members 
an opportunity to reflect on the long term effects of any such action 
prior to voting on that specific topic.*

*Occasional interactions with other clubs is healthy, but under no 
circumstances should the PARC membership risk losing PARC’s individuality.*
