[TxHam] MODERATOR - Holding messages.

I notice that the few times I have tried to post a message to Txham, it gets
held for moderator approval.  Is this something system-wide, or is it just
for me?  If system-wide, cool.  Cuts down on the junk.  I like off-topic as
much as the next guy, but some of the stuff lately went beyond the
acceptable.

If it is me alone, I guess cool too..... Except I would like to know for
what infraction I was singled out for so as to not repeat it in the future.
