Anyone else getting these?????

I received this suspicious E-mail. (see below). With an attachment. From
an E-mail address that I do not recognize. From an IP address that cannot
be traced.

Question. Would YOU open the attachment?

It is probably more of that carp to recall the section manager. But sending
anything in such a secretive way only makes for mis-trust of the message,
the attachment, and ultimately the message itself along with the messenger.

There is one thing I am certain of. When people start doing slick stuff
like this, YES - Ham radio is in serious trouble.

I know nothing of Mr. Blackwell, but with stuff like this going on, how bad
can he be?

Do yourself (and us) a favor. If whoever is sending this hasn't got the
guts to stand up and publicly speak his piece, and put his name to it, don't
bother spamming us with it either.

Mike. KD9KC

And not afraid to say it!

Subject: Ham radio is in serious trouble!

There are some serious problems threatening amateur radio that may be far
worse than anything we have experienced in more than 20 years. Please take a

look at the attached document to see what the serious threat is and what you

can do to help rectify the problem.
