NOTE:  This may not be affecting us directly, but it would be helpful for
everyone to conserve a bit.  The grid has a finite capacity.  Every watt you
conserve is a watt that can be produced and sent elsewhere.  And power
produced and sold elsewhere (at a profit) will help keep our rates lower
longer.
