interference or the fire hazard when they push these things."

Not to mention they are more than ten times the cost to purchase and can't
be easily disposed of.  It costs me nearly six dollars in gas to get to the
nearest recycler.

So, I buy a bulb for $2, it gets dim within three months, useless within six
to eight, is an enviromental hazard and I have to pay $12 round-trip to
dispose of.

Garbage technology.

Worse yet are the "equivelent" LED bulbs.

I bought an equivelent 40W unit...

This POS is useless much beyond a foot, feeble, dim, chintzy quality of
illumination that was too poor to use in the small lamp I have on my desk
over my mouse and keyboard.
