[TVI-RFI-EMI] CFL RFI warning sticker

I use the GE CFL 60W soft white and 100W daylight equivelent.

They do not have this label, they are NOT noisey and I do all sorts of
digging around in the noise.

So far, each one I have bought WITH this label generates noise similar to my
42KW rotory spark gap.
