[TVI-RFI-EMI] CFL RFI warning sticker

Only some are noisy - at least when new - over time the 
others may get
noisy as the components age from heat and stress.

CFL's are like fader controls for lights, some are noisy and 
some are not.

I have several in the house and outside and so far none are 
noisy ...
so far ...
