[TVARC] T33T

[John Ellis]

Does anyone really know what is going
on over there? They don't seem to be
giving out RR73. They claim if they have
your callsign along with theirs, that you
are in the log. ?????

While I have them in the log, it just doesn't
seem like a good contact to me.
