[TVARC] T33T

John,

I have heard several people on this reflector mentioning the "odd" 
operation of T33T not sending an RR73.
For two conflicting statements and comments, here is a link:

In the writeup, they say they WILL send an RR73, and some comments at 
the bottom, indicate they are NOT.
Go figure.
