[TVARC] Don Blough, KD8RBW in rehab

I just got a call from fellow TVARC member Don Blough, KD8RBW, up in Remus,
MI.  Those of us who frequent the TVARC Ragchew Net know that Don has had
serious problems with one of his feet, to the point where he hasn't been
able to get his station back on the air since he returned to MI in February.
A recent fall has put Don into long-term rehab.  With all the isolation from
COVID-19, Don feels removed from TVARC.  So, if you know Don, he would like
